He was predeceased by: his great grandchild Kimber Huval; his parents, Jean Courville, Sr. and Alcide Thibodeaux Courville; and his siblings, Alton Courville, Preston Courville, John "Fiss" Courville, Jr., Abel "Joe" Courville, Helen Courville Collette and Irene Courville Bergeron.
He is survived by: his wife Charlene Goulas Courville; his children, Philip Courville (Angela), Mickey Courville (Heidi), Jody Courville (Stephanie) and Sherri Jo Soileau (Tim); and his grandchildren, Barry Branch, Trevor Courville (Lea), Hunter Courville, Tangie Courville, Haley Soileau Johnson (Tanner), Jayden Soileau, Christopher Soileau, Beau Courville (Kara), Madelyn Courville, Alex Courville, Ava Courville, Abram Courville, Abel Courville and Kylie Courville Louviere (Chase). He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
