He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Stelly and Jesselyn Guidroz Stelly; and his sister Carla Comeaux. He is survived by: his son Spencer Stelly; and his siblings, Lori Kidder (Michael), Bonita Lee (Gary), Pamela Arnaud and David Stelly.
