She was predeceased by: her parents, Lucien James and Elizabeth Alexander James; and her siblings, Henry James, Lawrence "Butch" James, Larry James, Isabelle James, Hazel Williams, Bernice Hensen and Mazel Chretien.
She is survived by: her great grandchild Karter; her husband Lawrence Ebow; her daughter Lynette Ebow; her siblings, Lester James, Melton James (Rita), Stella Conner, Carline Mitchell and Terrie Francis; her grandchildren, LaToya George and Shaina Sims; and her sister-in-law Florence Ward. She is also survived by her family and friends.
