He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Castille Thibodeaux; his children, John Thibodeaux Jr. (Dottie), Bryan Thibodeaux, Lydia T. Schetele (Bryan) and Maria T. Guidry; his son-in-law Keith Zerangue; his grandchildren, Dominic Thibodeaux, Lori Nickens, Benjamin Zerangue, Steven Zerangue (Lindsey) and Joshua O'Keefe; and his great grandchildren, Rayann, Katlyn, Lonnie Nickens and Logan Zerangue.
