With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Chester J. Guidry (Breaux Bridge, Louisiana), born in Saint Martinville, Louisiana, who passed away on May 1, 2023 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Pascal "Paco" Guidry and Emelie Thibodeaux Guidry; and his wife Maydel "Dell" Guidry. He is survived by: his daughter Dena Cowan (Sean); his stepchildren, Jason Venable (Chelsie) and Stephanie Primeaux (Michael); his grandchildren, Cowan Williams and Anicka Cowan; his stepgrandchildren, Brock Primeaux, Maci Primeaux, Jacob Venable and Josie Venable; his great grandchildren, Athena Cowan, Nala Williams, Sylphrena Williams and Christine Primeaux; and his siblings, Murphy Guidry, Alfred Guidry, Renella Theriot and Geraldine Solis. He is also survived by five step great-grandchildren; two step great-great grandchildren.
