It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carl Joseph Chitty (Breaux Bridge, Louisiana), who passed away on August 2, 2022, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Chitty and Birdie Martin Chitty; his siblings, Irvin Chitty, Wayne Chitty (Mavis) and Leona Chitty; his sibling-in-law Yandle; his sister Rita Ray Chitty; and his brother-in-law Lambert.
He is survived by: his nephew Wayne Gary; his wife Janet "Mickie" Chitty; his children, Glen Chitty (Evie) and Chellie Chitty; and his siblings, Mary Ann Thibodeaux, Rosalie C. Lambert, Wanda C. Chapman (Jim) and Kenny Chitty (Beverly). He is also survived by his 8 grandchildren.
