He is survived by: his siblings, Nell Penton Rutland (Jim) of Bogalusa, Veda Lewis of Bogalusa, Shirley Jones of Bogalusa, John Bruce McNeese of Thomas, Chess McNeese, Jr. (Debbie) of Bogalusa and Lavell McNeese (Nina) of Bossier City. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; great-nieces and nephews; and great-great nieces and nephews.
