He is survived by: his wife Colleen Creel; his sons, Randy Creel (Cindy), Steve Mathews (Tracy Mathews), Daniel Mathews (Gretchen Mathews) and Michael Mathews; his grandchildren, Colten Creel (Catlin Creel), Jay Miller (Chelsea Miller), Danielle Simmons, Aerial Mathews, Caleb Mathews, Noah Mathews, Luke Mathews, Isaac Mathews and Grace Mathews; and his great grandchildren, Peyton Simmons, Elias Miller and Alaina Miller.
