He is survived by: his wife Augusta DeLaughter Dugan of Bogalusa La; his children, Herschel Doy Dugan Jr. and Maureen Gentry "Earl" of Spanish Ft; his grandchildren, Meghan Baxter "Ron", Erik Gentry, Erin Gentry, William Dugan, Thomas Dugan and Mary Grace Dugan; his sisters, Agnes Dugan, Maxine Roskowie and Gen Miller; and also, Clelie and Mandeville La.
Rev. Bill Moon will officiate.In lieu of flowers donations can be made to ESM United Methodist Church in Bogalusa.
