He was predeceased by: his parents, Janie Rose Balentine and Oscar Balentine, Sr.; and his siblings, Kathleen Young, JoAnn Trunko, Jim, Willard, Stanley and Carl Balentine.
He is survived by: his children, Amanda Balentine of Taylor and Tony Brown of Doddridge, AR; his grandchildren, Kara Parker of Springhill, LA and Jacobi Adams of McNeil, AR; his great grandchildren, Konner Boyett of Springhill, LA and Oliver Parker of Springhill, LA; and his brother Jesse Balentine. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
