She was predeceased by: her husband Walter Lenn Starkey; and her sister Melba Gentry. She is survived by: her children, Tracy, Christy (Daryl), Sharon and Richard (Shelley); and her sister Joy Rigby (Lewis). She is also survived by twelve grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family ask that donations be made to American Cancer Society or a charity of your choice.
