He was predeceased by: his parents, John G. Yasko, Jr. and Emilie R. Bourguignon; his grandparents, John G. Yasko, Sr. and Mary Yasko; and his son Franz "Joey" J. Yasko, Jr..

He is survived by: his wife Marla "Missy" Carter Yasko; his children, Emily "Emmy" Foat, Wanel Yasko (Kristian), Emilie Cagnolatti (Darrin) and Rebekah Latham (Steve Byrd); his siblings, Jim Yasko (Peg), Jeff Yasko (Greg) and RoseAnn Smith (Krista); and also Jazzy. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren.
