He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Johnson and Dorothy Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Betty Cormier Johnson; his children, Dawn Michelle Johnson and Dustin Smith Johnson (Ashley); his granddaughter Ivy Johnson; his brother Frank 'Hank Johnson (Judy); his nephew Wade Johnson (Samantha); his niece Tina Devall (Page); his stepchildren, Candy Brown (Roger), Amy Albright (Timmy) and Shane Ducote (Dawn); and his pets, Beau and BooBoo. He is also survived by other family members and numerous grandchildren.
