He was predeceased by: his former wife Beverly LeBlanc Guilbeau; his wife Theresa White Guilbeau; his parents, Octave Guilbeau and Alma Kidder; his grandson Phillip James Lanclos; his godson Timmy Guilbeau; and his siblings, U. C. Guilbeau and Louise Rabalais.
He is survived by: his children, Kenneth Guilbeau of Arnaudville, Mark Guilbeau (Sandra) of Arnaudville, Eric John Guilbeau of Arnaudville, Myra Lanclos (Teddy) of Arnaudville, Judy Robin (Mark) of Cecilia, Tracy Guilbeau (Harvey Huval) of Arnaudville and Kelly Berard (Rusty) of Breaux Bridge; and his grandchildren, Kimberly Bourque, Aimee Buchanan, Kandi Huval, Brittnee Towe, Beth Courville, Ali Guidry, Jake Robin, Chance Huval, Caleb Guilbeau, Ava Kate Berard and Ayden Berard. He is also survived by ten great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that holy masses be offered in the name of Walter Guilbeau for the repose of his soul and his memory.
