He was predeceased by: his former wife Anaise Broussard Baltazar; his wife Mary Louversa Noel Baltazar; his parents, Joseph Baltazar and Marian Williams Baltazar; his daughter Cecilia Alfred; his stepdaughter Mildred Mallet; his siblings, Theresa Sassau, Rita Nancy Holliman, Mamie Rankins, Albert, Russell, Roger and Gussie Baltazar; his sons-in-law, Walter Alfred and Arthur Berard; and his siblings-in-law, Anna Baltazar, Grace Baltazar, Hilma Baltazar, Lillian Gordon, Oretha Broussard Baltazar, Lita Noel, Alex Sassau, Johnny Rankin, Hilton Noel, Sr., Floyd Holliman, Carlton Noel, Sr., Pallbearers, Brandon Baltazar, Harry Baltazar Jr., Jules Edwards IV, Chad Fuselier, Joseph Walter Mallet III and Daryjun Taylor.

He is survived by: his children, Harry James Baltazar (Mary) of Cecilia, Cornelius Broussard of Breaux Bridge, Yvonne Berard of Breaux Bridge, Mary Regina Baltazar of Cecilia, Priscilla Baltazar of Arnaudville and Antoinette Broussard of Lafayette; his stepchildren, Mary Ann Broussard, Barbara Broussard (Russell), Orida Edwards (Jules, III) and Henry John Broussard; and his siblings-in-law, Calvin Noel Jr. (Lavernia), Alvin Noel Sr., Emma Daisy Noel and Mary Clarissa Noel. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins. and friends.
