She was predeceased by: her children, Julie Lynn Welch and Danny Keith Welch; her granddaughter Madison Hope Welch; her parents, Albert Sr. Theriot and Julie St. Pierre Theriot; and her siblings, Donald, Albert, Lester "Butch" Theriot, Alberta Arceneaux and Iona LeBlanc.
She is survived by: her husband Marvin C. Welch; her children, Wendell Welch (Nora) and Terri Welch; her grandchildren, Tristan Welch, Ty Welch (Brittney), Kaytlin Matherne (Terry) and Dylan Welch; her great grandchildren, Keaton and Tatum Matherne; and her sisters, Lilly Dufrene and Patsy Hornbostel (Charles). She is also survived by wife of 68 years and mother to her four children.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Brusly.
