It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James J. Morales of Addis, Louisiana, born in Plaquemine, Louisiana, who passed away on April 12, 2021, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his son James Elton Deakle; his grandson Dalton Deakle; his parents, Frances Knue Morales and James "Jimmy" Morales, Sr.; and his siblings, Penny Morales Leonard and Norman Morales.
He is survived by: his wife Sheri Rome Morales; his daughters, Sunny Ortego (Lee) and Kimberly Elliott (Jason); his grandchildren, Michael, Kaylyn, Julie, Mallory, Caroline, Emmalie, Charlotte, Chase, Dylan, Harley and Halee; his great grandchildren, Conner, Blake, Alaina and Buddy; his daughter-in-law Karla Deakle; and his siblings, Donny Morales and Jimmie Lynn Morales. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
