It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lucie Catherine Clemons of Williamstown, Kentucky, born in Owenton, Kentucky, who passed away on January 11, 2024, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jefferson Edgar and Helen Marksbury Webb; her husband Jeffrey Wayne Clemons; and her siblings, Jefferson E. "Jake" Webb and Mary Margaret "Margie" Webb Mullins.
She is survived by: her sons, James Clemons (Danielle Taylor) and Joseph Clemons (Tabatha Clemons); her siblings, William F. "Bill" Webb, Helen Webb and Cyndy Smith; and her grandchildren, Jeffrey Thomas and Madalynn Jo Clemons.
