It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Florabell Napier of Williamstown, Kentucky, born in Prestonsburg, Kentucky, who passed away on January 22, 2024, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Sizemore and Susan Robinson Sizemore. She is survived by: her daughter Billie Carmack (Richard) of Williamstown; her siblings, Thomas Sizemore of Michigan and Louise Sizemore of North Carolina; her grandchildren, Stanley Riley (Jacqalynn), Paige Mason (Storm), Emily Hampton (Lucas) and Destiny Mullen (Stanley); and her great grandchildren, Gus, Oak Mason, Boone, Brody Riley, Max and Dallas Hampton.
