He is survived by: his father Curtis Sr. Cornett; his stepmother Leslie; his daughters, Brianna Shepherd (Bobby) and Alexis Fields of Mayking; his grandchildren, Lukas, Bella and Mason; and his sisters, Missy Campbell of Dry Fork, Kara Hernandez (Dakota) of Neon and Madi Collins of Dry Fork.
