He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Looney of Rutledge, Tennessee.; his daughters, Anna Stanley (Clyde) of Jenkins, Kim Stewart (Doug) of Mayking, Andrea Yonts (James) of Neon and Mistie Lee Johnson of Neon, Kentucky.; his siblings, Bob Looney of Mayking, Jackie Looney of Seco, Kentucky. and Debbie Wright of Cromona, Kentucky.; his grandchildren, Ryan (Samantha), Lori, Andrew, Isaiah, Kyra and Joby; his pet Princess; his grandchildren, Michael Fugate and Amber Fugate; and his sister Patricia Trotter. He is also survived by Seven great grandchildren.
