She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Hardwick and Edith Pearl Hardwick (Crick); and her brothers, Joey Hardwick and Mark Hardwick. She is survived by: her husband Ronnie Lewis; her daughters, Stormy Young (Daniel), Roxanne Whitaker (John Lloyd) and Nicole Smith (Drew); her grandchildren, Trevor Young (Chrissy), Colter Young, Maverick Whitaker (Megan), Tavia Burns (Tyler), Holden Whitaker, Scarlett Smith and Sawyer Smith (Ashli); her great grandchildren, Tucker, Tessa, Tatum, Tinzley, Sadie and Malin; and her sisters, Angie Alexander (Clifton) and Lori Hill (Alan). She is also survived by her kids, grandkids and their friends.

In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to the City of White Plains Ballpark Playground.
