He was predeceased by: his wife Mae Williams (Oglesby); and his siblings, Harold Williams, Opal Warner and Wanda Williams. He is survived by: his children, Darrin Williams (Ardra) of White Plains, Kristi Ewing (David) of Greenville and Terry Littlepage of Madisonville; his grandchildren, Danielle, Erin Littlepage of Nortonville and Evan Williams (Alexandra) of Manitou; and his great grandchildren, Briley Littlepage, Sydney Crawford, Ellie and Hannah Miller. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
