He was predeceased by: his parents, William Shoulta and Lyda Shoulta (Schaffer) of Paducah; his brother Bobby Shoulta; and his great grandchild Hattie Anne Vandiver. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Harris Shoulta; his children, Glen Shoulta (Stacy) of Maine, Lori Shoulta Larkins of Cadiz, Craig Shoulta (Cinnamon) of Madisonville and Todd Shoulta of Florida; his grandchildren, Cody Vandiver, Autumn Shoulta, Whitney Sowell (J. A.), Allison Larkins, Zack Shoulta, Drake Shoulta, Sarah Shoulta, Nicholas Shoulta, Abbey Larkins, Leah Shoulta and Benjamin Friedland; and his great grandchildren, Natalee, Josiah and Wyatt Larkins.
