He is survived by: his mother Carolyn Peyton Curl of Madisonville; his children, Cassandra Dunn (Nicholas) of Owensboro, Jennifer Rickard of Madisonville, Courtney Coons of Louisville, KY and Shaun Cox (Tabatha) of Madisonville; and his siblings, Lena Madison (Gary) of Madisonville, Teresa Griffith (Calvin) of Madisonville, Dede Tucker (Heath) of Madisonville and Sammy Curl of Madisonville. He is also survived by several grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
