It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billy Herring of White Plains, Kentucky, who passed away on October 13, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Herring and Muriel "Pete" Herring (Warren) of White Plains; his former wife Joyce Knight Herring; and his brother Tom Herring. He is survived by: his wife Lillian; his grandmother Whitfield; his sons, Andy Herring of White Plains, Mark Herring (Kelli) of White Plains, Wade Spurlin (Tina) of Michigan and Wally Spurlin (Jody) of Michigan; his grandchildren, Josie Mitchell (Everett), DrewAnn Herring, Blake Herring, Sam Spurlin, Nate Spurlin (Corrie), Louis Spurlin, Joe Spurlin (Cristina), Max Spurlin and Maddie Helms; and his great grandchildren, Joan and Arthur Spurlin.
