He is survived by: his children, Tracy Luna (Tito) of New Mexico, Mike Williams (Shannon) of West Paducah, Tim Williams (Kim) of Virginia, Anthony Williams of Virginia and Ben Williams (Tarah) of Virginia; and his brothers, Roger Williams and Terry Williams. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren.
