She is survived by: her children, Chadwick David Lykins (Loretta) of West Liberty, Charles Darren Lykins (Rachel) of Sandy Hook and Tawana Kay Florence (Charles) of West Liberty, Kentucky. She is also survived by grandchildren; a host of great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
