He was predeceased by: his parents, Buford Vance and Stella Vance; and his siblings, Grover, Delmar, Christine of Merlene, J. C, Charles, Drexel, Glennis and Delphis.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Dryman Vance; his children, Beverly Vance Perrea (Paul), Steve Vance (Pam) and Patty Napier; his grandchildren, Alex Vance (Hailey), Lyndsey Napier Hammond (Max), Logan Napier, Andrew Perrea and Daniel Perrea; his stepgrandchildren, Chris Haney (Kandy) and Lynn Haney; his great grandchildren, Mia Hammond, Maddi Hammond, Lincoln Vance and Dalton Watts; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Gavin, Jenna and McKenna Haney; and his siblings, Eugene Vance, Connie Vance May (Ross) and Ronnie Vance (Janie). He is also survived by many relatives and friends.
