She is survived by: her mother Theresa Campbell Elam; her children, Laney Shackelford of Dayton, OH, Lance Shackelford, II of Beavercreek, OH and Dillon Shackelford (Stefany) of Dayton, OH; her stepfather Steve Elam of West Liberty, KY; her grandchildren, Coltin Humble, Makaylin Humble, Lance Shakelford, III, Ellowyn Murphy, Malachi Shakelford, Maislyn Murphy and Julien Shakelford; her siblings, Andrea Jenkins and Casey Jenkins (Jamie); her stepsisters, Crystal, Brooke and Andrea; and her nieces, Kieran Jenkins, Tori Parkes and Cora Campbell. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
