She is survived by: her son Shawn Cooper (Sabrina) of West Liberty, KY; her grandchildren, Gunner Cooper, Graydan Cooper and Kabri Cooper; and her siblings, Timmy Adkins of Morehead, KY, Ricky Adkins of West Liberty, KY and Nalma Howell (Jackie) of Elkfork, KY. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
