Fultz; his sons, Jeremy Fultz (Nicole) of Oregon and Matthew Fultz of Florida; his grandchildren, Logan, Abigail, Paxton, Brady and Noah; and his siblings, Mike Fultz of Church Hill, TN, John Fultz (DeAnn) of Rockford, IL, Al Fultz (Kim) of Kingsport, TN, Anetia Beair (Tommy) of Mt. Sterling, KY and Patrica Fultz of Kingsport, TN. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
