It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rita Brewer of West Liberty, Kentucky, born in Troy, Ohio, who passed away on July 17, 2021, at the age of 54, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Williams and Mary Watterly Williams. She is survived by: her husband Matthew Brewer; her children, Carl Brewer of West Liberty, KY, Brandon Brewer of West Liberty, KY and Elizabeth Brewer of West Liberty, KY; and her siblings, Vickie (Mike Staffan), Brian (Eady Williams), Carla Peach of Springfield, OH, David Williams of Springfield, OH and Robert Watterly. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
