She is survived by: her mother Janice Taylor; her husband Sonny Ratliff of West Liberty, Kentucky; her children, Caleb Lumpkins of West Liberty, Kentucky, Devon Lumpkins of West Liberty, Kentucky and Kendra Ratliff of West Liberty, Kentucky; her brother Josh Lumpkins (Sara); her nieces, Hannah and Chloe; her sister Amy Lumpkins; her sisters, Ally Lumpkins of West Liberty, Kentucky, Fiance Bryan Vancleve of West Liberty, Kentucky and Amber McCarty of West Liberty, Kentucky; and also Cayden Stamper of West Liberty, Kentucky. She is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
