She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Ogle Dunn and Goldie Mae Dunn (Ross); her husband Rexel Chastain Maxey (Rex); her siblings, Benjamin Ray Dunn (Sylvia) and Treva Peyton (Delbert); and her niece Julie Ann Peyton.
She is survived by: her children, Rebecca Jane Powers (James) of Williamsburg, KY, Randy Chastain Maxey (Wendy) of Kellacy, KY and Rachel Ellen James (Maxey) of Mt. Sterling, KY; her grandchildren, Santana Dawn Wilson, Nicholas Tyler James, Dakota Levi Chastain Maxey and Hannah Willa Jade Maxey; her great grandchild Kayden Dean Powell; and her nieces and nephews, Benjamin Ray Dunn, Vickie Lane Long (Peyton), James Samuel Dunn and Valerie Jane Stacy (Dunn). She is also survived by many cousins and friends.
