She is survived by: her siblings, Paul Zook (Doris) of Chesapeake, Virginia, Mildred, Catherine Zook of Crockett, KY and Margaret Hooks (Andrew) of Taylorsville, NC. She is also survived by 11 nieces and nephews; and 21 great nieces and nephews.
