She was predeceased by: her parents, John Buford and Mildred Pearl Ferguson Mays; her husband Bill Callahan; and her siblings, James Edward Mays, Joseph Allen Mays, John B. Mays, Jr. and Lois Marie Mays.

She is survived by: her children, Gregory Scott Callahan (KaDe) of Bedford, VA, Stephen Wayne Gabbard of West Liberty, KY and Jessica Rene Gomez of San Antonio, TX; her grandchildren, Samantha Callahan, Alex Callahan, Brieanna Taylor Gabbard and Livi Gabbard; her siblings, Jerry Mays (Lois) of West Liberty, KY, Jeffery Mays (Charlene) of Salyersville, KY, Marilyn Keeton of West Liberty, KY, Brenda Weddle (Ed) of Georgetown, KY and Karen Roseberry (Bill) of West Liberty, KY; her sister-in-law Cheryl Mays of LaGrange, KY; and her pets, Sandy, Chloe, Garfield and Cry Baby. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
