He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Lee and Mable Havens Evans. He is survived by: his wife Ella Rae Whitt Evans of West Liberty, Kentucky; his sons, Larry Scott Evans II (Tracee Lee) of Houston and Barry Ray Evans (Diana) of West Liberty, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Sean W. Evans, Erin Leffer, Hunter Ray Evans, Dylan Earl Evans, Rhiannon Evans and Raven Evans; his great grandchildren, Sylvia Beth Evans, Maverick Evans, Jonathon Leffer, Rachel Leffer, Alexander Evans, Zachariah Evans and Solomon Evans; and his sister Frankie Lee Harvner of Lexington, Kentucky..
