He is survived by: his daughter Marsha Mays of West Liberty, KY; his grandchildren, Phillip Ryan DeHaven, Shelbie Mays of Arizona and Kara Jordan Mays; his nephew Rocky Steele; and his cousin Loretta Terrell.
