He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Marcus, Grey Fannin, Jim Bob Hammonds and Helen Hammonds. He is survived by: his parents, Keith Hammonds and Kay Fannin Hammonds of West Liberty, KY; his brother Jared "Chico" Hammonds (Wanda) of West Liberty, KY; his aunts, Angie Fannin of Salyersville, KY, Kendra Gastineau and Marty of Beaver Creek, OH; his uncle Dana Hammonds of Nicholasville, KY; and his cousin Seth Fannin of Salyersville, KY.
