He is survived by: his sons, James (Connie Lumpkins) of West Liberty, KY., Travis (Goldie Lumpkins) of West Liberty, KY. and Michael Dwayne Lumpkins of West Liberty, KY.; and his siblings, Linda (Junior Haney), Tina (Jeff Finch), Bonnie (Doug Collins) and Mike (Debbie Lumpkins).
