He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Cletis and Lula Rowland Day; and his siblings, Juanita Johnson (Glen), Oleta Engle (C. B.), Leanna England (John), Virginia Caminer (Jerry), Kermit Day (Emma) and John Cortis Day.
He is survived by: his wife Wilma Jean Lewis Day; his stepson Billy Ray Lewis (Brenda) of West Liberty, KY; his brother Cletis Day of Overton, Nevada; his sister-in-law Ruth Day of Visalia, California; and his nieces and nephews, Janice Hall, Paul, Judy Anderson, Dave, Greg England, Angie, Lisa Rector, Jimmy, Frankie Adkins, Jeff, Kenny Day, Karen, Robin Fulmer and Garren.
