He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Purcell and Zelma Dingus Purcell; and his wife Barbara Miller Purcell. He is survived by: his daughter Tiffany M. Purcell (Joshua Devlin) of West Liberty, KY; his stepdaughters, Karrie Grabinski (Roger) of Illinois and Tina Earle; his siblings, Joyce Wellborn of Prestonsburg, KY and David Purcell of Prestonsburg, KY; and his nephew Eric Wellborn of Prestonsburg, KY.. He is also survived by one granddaughter; several step grandchildren.
