He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Cooper; his child Kandi Mundy Phillips (David L. Phillips) of Naples, FL.; his brother Charles D. Mundy (Jean) of Titusville, FL.; his grandchildren, John T. Bass Jr. (JT) and Jada Bass of Vero Beach, FL.; his great grandchildren, Jayden, Janiya, Braden Bass and Daja Williams of Vero Beach, FL.; his brother-in-law Lester Cooper (Nancy); and his nieces, Angie and Rebecca of Russellville, Ohio..
