He is survived by: his children, Derek Hinty (Samantha) of Melvin, Kentucky and Sabrina Hinty (Jim) of West Liberty, Kentucky; his brother Chad Johnson (Rebecca) of West Liberty, Kentucky; his grandchild Aubree "Punky" Hinty; his nieces, Leslie, Chelsie Johnson and Best; and his close friend Bella.
