With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betty Jo Woodard of West Liberty, Kentucky, born in Sandy Hook, Kentucky, who passed away on October 31, 2022 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill Elliott and Reba Eldridge Elliott; and her siblings, Ina Faye Whitt and Donald Elliott. She is survived by: her husband Jim Woodard; her children, Kelly Reschelle Woodard and James Stacey Woodard; and her sisters, Elizabeth Litton (Bob Litton) and Molly Bohannon. She is also survived by nieces & nephews.
