He is survived by: his wife Joan Asbery Holt; his children, James Keith Holt, Cathy Russell (Bob) and Sharon Stamper (Billy); his grandsons, Matthew (Aly) and Samuel Stamper (Cassy); and his great grandchildren, Ella, Adrian and Brayden Stamper.
Due to the current pandemic, all services will be private.
