He was predeceased by: his wife Edith Matherly Carrier; his daughter Karen Denise Carrier; and his sister Jolene Kirsch. He is survived by: his children, Terri Cox (Sam), Kim Clark (James) and Davey Carrier (Dana); and his siblings, Ann Godbey, Deanie Dean and Billy Burton (Carol). He is also survived by seven grandchildren; seventeen great grandchildren.
