He is survived by: his wife Sandra Hoskins Bowen of Washington County; his children, Travis Bowen, Sherry Hahn (Lee) and Julie Baker (Bill); his grandchildren, Brittany Montinar (Jules), Shana Wallace (Nick), Shelby, Lauren Baker, Drew Stratton and Katie Stratton; his great grandchildren, Madden, Maya, Macy Montinar and Lola Wallace; and his brother Stevie Bowen (Janie).
