He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh Mann and Guilia Mann; and his siblings, Charles Mann, J. W. Mann and Helen Warner.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Kathryn Mann; his daughters, Pam Crouch and Peggy Johnson (Scotty); his grandchildren, Lynetta Scholle (Danny) and Kelsey Crouch; and his great grandchildren, Gabriel Johnson, Jared and Baylee Murphy. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
Memorial gifts in his memory are suggested to be made to the American Cancer Society or Hosparus of Louisville.
